Absolutely! Engaging with your customers is a key way to build loyalty and trust. With Nakul.app, you can reply directly to reviews from your Business Dashboard — quick, easy, and professional.
How to Reply to Reviews:

  1. Go to your Dashboard → Reviews.
  2. Select the review you want to reply to.
  3. Type your response in the reply box and hit Send.
  4. Your reply will be visible to the customer and publicly on your store page (unless it’s flagged).

Tips for Responding:

  • Be courteous and professional – even for critical reviews.
  • Acknowledge the feedback – “Thanks for your review, we’re glad you enjoyed…”
  • Offer solutions where possible – e.g., “We’re sorry about the delay; we’ll make sure your next order is faster.”
