We welcome all types of businesses that align with our values of offering halal products and services, including food, fashion, travel, and more. 

How do I register my business with Nakul?

Registering is simple! Just click on the Register Your Business button at www.nakul.app and follow the below steps:

  1. Select your country
  2. Verify your phone number
  3. Give us basic details about your business
  4. Sit tight, we'll be in touch (typically within 24 hours).
Do I need to have a halal certification to sell on the platform?

While businesses with valid Halal certificates tend to see higher customer engagement, having a certificate is not a requirement. However, businesses selling food products are only permitted to list items that meet Halal standards. Any products that do not meet these standards will be removed from the platform. For other categories, we’ll work with you to ensure your products align with our halal-friendly guidelines.

What if I don't have a website for my business?

No problem at all! You can still join the platform. Just enter “N/A” in the website field during registration. 

How much does it cost to list my products/services?

A. Nothing at all—joining is free of charge!  We’ll work out a commission fee with you during onboarding, tailored to your needs, and we guarantee you’ll be happy with it! 

B. We are confident that our commission structure is the lowest on the market. In keeping with the halal ethos, we believe in maintaining a fair and transparent commission structure. This way, you don’t have to inflate your prices to cover high fees, allowing you to pass on the savings to your customers and make your business even more competitive. 

Can I sell non-food halal products like clothing or travel services?

Absolutely! We support a wide range of halal-friendly products and services, from modest fashion to family-friendly travel packages

How do I manage my inventory and orders on the platform?

Once registered, you’ll have access to a user-friendly dashboard where you can manage your inventory, update listings, and track orders in real time. 

What marketing support do you provide for businesses?

We offer various marketing tools, including featured listings, promotions, and social media shoutouts, to help your business reach a wider audience. 

How do I get paid for my sales?

Payments are processed securely through our platform, and you’ll receive payouts on a regular schedule. You can choose your preferred payment method during setup. 

What are the platform’s guidelines on product returns and customer service?

We encourage businesses to have a clear return policy and offer excellent customer service. Our platform also provides support to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

I'm not a Muslim. Can I still join this platform to sell my products/services?

Yes, of course! We warmly welcome everyone who aligns with our halal ethos, regardless of faith or background. If your products or services meet our halal-friendly standards, we’d love to have you on board!
