Absolutely! Engaging with your customers is a key way to build loyalty and trust. With Nakul.app, you can reply directly to reviews from your Business Dashboard — quick, easy, and professional.
How to Reply to Reviews:
- Go to your Dashboard → Reviews.
- Select the review you want to reply to.
- Type your response in the reply box and hit Send.
- Your reply will be visible to the customer and publicly on your store page (unless it’s flagged).
Tips for Responding:
- Be courteous and professional – even for critical reviews.
- Acknowledge the feedback – “Thanks for your review, we’re glad you enjoyed…”
- Offer solutions where possible – e.g., “We’re sorry about the delay; we’ll make sure your next order is faster.”

Flagging Inappropriate or Unfair Reviews 🚨
